Acceptable group Content

There are certain restrictions on the content that we allow you to place on your group. We will absolutely not host any group that contains, links to, promotes, provides instructions on the following topics:

Prohibited Content:

Warez / Piracy / Hacking / Viruses, or illegal mp3's
Depictions of Minors/Children (even minimal sexual context is not allowed)
Adult / Obscene material
Illegal Drugs / Terrorism
Derogatory/Slanderous/Racial/Explicit Material
Sharing of passwords / Serial Numbers / Invasion on privacy / Impersonation of others
Harassment
Spam / MLM
Illegal Conduct of Any Sort

If you create a group, it is your responsibility to make sure that no content on your group is braking any of the rules outlined within this document. We expect you to moderate the content of these groups regularly, otherwise your group will be deleted.

Tampering with Advertisements:
You may not put any type of paid advertisements (banners, text links, buttons, popups, popunders, exitpops) on your groups. If our system detects that you have tampered with any of the advertisements on your group, this will result in immediate deletion of your group.

Additional Reasons for group Deletion:
For violations outlined in this terms of use document
For intentionally or unintentionally attempting to remove, hide or move the sponsor advertisements being shown on your group.
For using the EGroups.co.com groups to discuss prohibited topics as outlined above.
If your group has been inactive for 3 month or more.
If the purpose of your group is to promote another site.
If you use any code on your group that may cause EGroups.co site to malfunction.
If your group is only being used for redirection of users to another site or group.

EGroups.co has the right to cancel any of its services without prior notice. The software featured at EGroups.co are to be used at your own risk. EGroups.co won't be responsible for the damages caused by the usage of any of its services or products. We reserve the right to take all necessary actions in cases where we find groups that carry content which we may deem objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

COPPA:
Every group is expected to require individuals under the age of 13 to submit permission from their parents in order to join their group. Those groups found to have removed the built in software which automatically requests this information on each of our groups, will be suspended, if they do not remedy within 1 week.
